Planning & Service Fees

Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and personalized attention required to design exceptional travel experiences.

Typical planning fee

• Flight only itinerary research $50.00 domestic - $100 international per booking
• Flight only itinerary no research $35.00 domestic - $75.00 international per booking
• Hotels – complimentary
• Destination research and coordination required - $350.00

Planning fees are quoted upfront and must be paid before itinerary design begins. In some cases, planning fees may be partially applied toward bookings.

Additional Information

• Fees are non-refundable once planning has begun
• Booking changes or revisions beyond the original scope may incur additional fees
